Directions to the Office

My office is located at 3483 S. Evans St., Ste. B. The building is between Greenville Boulevard and Firetower Road. If you’re familiar with Wainwright Property Management, my office is the building right next door to their office, in the second office suite (right beside the AFLAC office).
Keep in mind: there are three office complexes within view of each other. My office is located in the middle complex. If you follow these directions, you will arrive there without getting lost.
If you’re coming from Greenville Boulevard, turn onto Evans St. and go in front of
Best Buy and the new Michael’s and Marshalls.
- If you’re coming from Greenville Boulevard and you’ve passed the Greenville Convention Center and McDonald’s, then turn right onto Evans St.
- If you’re coming from Greenville Boulevard and you’ve passed Bojangles, Bank of America, and Greenville TV & Appliance, turn left onto Evans St.
- You will drive past Best Buy, Michaels, and Marshalls on your right.
- You will pass WNCT-TV on your left.
- Then you’ll go past an apartment complex on your right and houses on both sides of the road.
- You’ll see a green street sign that says “Victoria Court.” DO NOT TURN IN AT THE VICTORIA COURT STREET SIGN. Even though you see an office complex on your right, this is NOT when I’m located. Go down about 100 feet further before you turn.
- Turn left at the next entrance (without a street sign at all) where you see the brown brick pillars that say “Bedford Commons.” If you are arriving after 5pm, you will see a lot of white vans lined up in the parking lot that say “Wainwright Property Management” on them.
- The office is the second building on the left. The door is tucked away perpendicular to the Aflac office. You’ll see their logo on the door. My office is right beside it- Suite B. Look for the tiny outdoor flag sticking up from the ground in front of the office and the sign on the door!
- You’ve gone too far if you see the street sign for Caversham Rd. or the stoplight to turn right onto Regency Blvd.
If you’re coming from Firetower Road, turn so that you are going towards Best Buy, Target, and downtown Greenville. Do not turn towards Winterville.
If you’re coming from Firetower Rd. and you’ve driven in front of The Boys and Girls Club, you’ll turn left onto Evans St.- If you’re coming down Firetower Rd. and you’ve driven past Carmike Cinema and Covenant Church, you’ll turn right onto Evans St.
- Drive past a green street sign that says “Caversham.” Do not turn in at Caversham, instead turn right at the brown brick pillars that say “Bedford Commons” about 50 feet away from the Caversham entrance. If you are arriving after 5pm, you will see a lot of white vans lined up in the parking lot that say “Wainwright Property Management” on them.

- You’ve gone too far if you see the green street signs for Victoria Court, or if you pass WNCT-TV on your right.
